This certification, the highest award level through the LEED program, represents the culmination of years of hard work to update our existing headquarters to make it as efficient as possible. We firmly believe that it is our responsibility to continue to reach above and beyond our established environmental commitment in order to encourage community-wide resource conservation and life-long sustainable operations. As an internationally recognized, third-party certification, the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance program will provide us with measurable results of how our operations and maintenance improve our efficiencies, while minimizing negative impacts on the environment.
