How to Pay Your Bill

We hope that you will find a combination of billing and payment options that works for you. Please note that you may change these options at any time. If you choose not to enroll in any of our automatic or online options, you will continue to receive paper statements and you may continue to make payments by mail or by phone. Payment Options:

Pay By Phone: Call our office at 805-963-1852 during business hours, 7:00am – 5:00pm M-F and Saturday 8:00am – 1:30pm, to make a payment or set up auto pay with a credit card, checking or savings account.  No processing fees apply.
Pay Your Bill Online: Sign up for Auto Pay, View and make a one-time payment online with your credit card, checking or saving account. No processing fees apply.  Click here to register.
Auto Pay: If you DO NOT want to establish an account through our Pay Your Bill Online feature but wish to sign up for Auto Pay, complete this form.  No processing fees apply.  You will receive a call from one of our team members to verify this information and complete your auto pay request.

Mail Payment: Payment remittance is included with your bill & is located at the bottom section of your bill. Remittance can be detached and mailed in its enclosed return envelope along with your check. You can also request to make any necessary corrections to your account information, such as your name, address or phone number on the back of your payment remittance .

Billing Statement Options:

Paperless Statements

We encourage you to go paperless and receive your statements by e-mail. If you choose this option, a pdf statement will be e-mailed to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may register for this option online through our secure payment site or by calling MarBorg at (805) 963-1852.

Paper Statements

If you would like to receive paper statements, no action is required and we will continue to send you a paper statement at the beginning of each billing cycle (each month for businesses, and every two months for residences).

E-mail Notifications

You may also sign up for an e-mail notification to be sent to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. This e-mail will tell you that your bill is ready, but the e-mail itself will not contain any specific information such as the amount of your bill. You may continue to receive paper bills in addition to the e-mail notifications, or you can choose to receive only the e-mails, and then log in to your online account to pay the bill.
