How to Pay Your Bill
We hope that you will find a combination of billing and payment options that works for you. Please note that you may change these options at any time. If you choose not to enroll in any of our automatic or online options, you will continue to receive paper statements and you may continue to make payments by mail or by phone. Billing Statement Options:
Paperless Statements
We encourage you to go paperless and receive your statements by e-mail. If you choose this option, a pdf statement will be e-mailed to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may register for this option online through our secure payment site or by calling MarBorg at (805) 963-1852.
Paper Statements
If you would like to receive paper statements, no action is required and we will continue to send you a paper statement at the beginning of each billing cycle (each month for businesses, and every two months for residences).
E-mail Notifications
You may also sign up for an e-mail notification to be sent to you at the beginning of each billing cycle. This e-mail will tell you that your bill is ready, but the e-mail itself will not contain any specific information such as the amount of your bill. You may continue to receive paper bills in addition to the e-mail notifications, or you can choose to receive only the e-mails, and then log in to your online account to pay the bill.
