Paper that is wet and/or soiled is not recyclable, so put it in your organic waste container. Wet/soiled paper and other organic waste will be composted.
Pizza Boxes

Pizza boxes have historically been contaminated with food and liquid, so they cannot be recycled. Soiled paper and other organic waste will be turned into compost.
Tissue Paper

Tissue paper is so thin, there is not enough paper pulp to be recycled. Try to reuse tissue paper before throwing it away. Soiled paper and other organic waste will be turned into compost.
Paper Coffee Filters

Try making the switch to reusable coffee filters instead. Paper coffee filters (and coffee grounds) will be turned into compost.
Grass Cuttings
